Orders & payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is collected at checkout and processed by Stripe. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping

Orders ship free from warehouses in the United States and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged or isn't right, email hello@elkstead.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
